Note! If a bid is made for a lot five minutes before it is due to close, the opening time is extended by five minutes!

Auction fee and Bidding Reward
The amount of the Bid shall be increased by 10.0 % auction fee. Only the auction fee shall be subject to 19.0 % VAT.
In case of acceptance the Bidding Reward in the amount of € 500 inclusive of VAT shall be borne by Purchaser also. If the Bidder is the Purchaser the Bidding Reward shall never be off-set against the purchase price. The Bidding Reward - if payable - shall be paid to Bidder by the trust account of "Stichting Derdengelden Bootveiling".

Inspection day
Viewing takes place Saturday September 11 from 10.00 to 12.00 hours. Address: Jachtwerf Aquador, Vollenhovenseweg 46, 8316 PZ, Marknesse, The Netherlands. Please note: each visitor has to register via info@vesselauction.com (name, address, passport number, phone number and email address) in advance.

Official supervision
Online auctions take place under official supervision of a Bailiff Firm. Every bid will be considered as irrevocable and unconditional.

Registration
After registration or logging in you can place bids, which can be done in two ways: "normal bid" or an "auto bid". The bid placed by you must always be higher than the current high bid. The minimum increase of a bid is determined by the bid increments as used by Vessel Auction.

Normal bid
Your bid must always be higher than the current high bid, Vessel Auction uses predetermined bid increments for each minimum bid increase. In case of an opening bid it is advisable to place at least the opening bid. An unreasonably low bid may be cancelled. A bid placed by you is unconditional and irrevocable. PLEASE NOTE: after 10 minutes users are logged out if not active, this is to ensure the safety of an account.

Auto bid
In case of an auto bid you enter the maximum amount of your bid for the object concerned. Vessel Auction will increase the bid by the minimum bid increase. If a higher bid is entered, Vessel Auction will automatically place a new bid for you.

Auction cost
The amount of the bid is exclusive of auction cost (surcharge) and BTW (Dutch VAT). Vessel Auction charges variable auction costs which may differ for each auction. For 2010 the variable percentage of the auction costs is a minimum rate of 3.0 % and a maximum rate of 16.0 %. This percentage is clearly specified at each auction. A bid placed is unconditional and irrevocable (Cf. General Terms and Conditions). In principle the person who has placed the high bid at the end of the auction will automatically be the purchaser, and has the obligation to pay and take delivery. After the auction ends invoices are sent for the yachts purchased, unless they are subject to a reservation on the part of a bankruptcy judge or the principal. If the yacht is granted to the purchaser, he or she is obliged to settle the invoice prior to the collection date. The final date for payment is specified in the special conditions.
